F E E S   &   C O N D I T I O N S

These fees & conditions apply for the services personally conducted by Dr. Martin G. Baroch. We reserve the right to change our fees & conditions at any time. Please contact us for fees & conditions of services provided by our associates.

A.) COACHING & CONSULTING SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS / TENNIS PLAYERS /  ATHLETES & COACHES

1) On-site at our base in Horgen/Switzerland (near Zürich)

      1 hour.................US$  140.00           

       1 day= 8 hours.....US$  800.00 

Valid for individuals and small groups up to 4 people. Includes necessary facility and material charges. Deposit of 50% will be requested with booking. Coaching/consulting with non-disclosure (secret) policy is with surcharge of 100% also available. One (1) hour is 55 minutes of coaching/consulting.

2) Off-site anywhere worldwide

        1 day= 8 hours.....US$ 1000.00 (Europe) /  US$ 1200.00 (outside Europe)

       1 week= 6 days.....US$ 5000.00 (Europe) / US$ 6000.00 (outside Europe)

Valid for individuals and small groups up to 4 people. Customers are also responsible for full transportation (business class) and hospitality (3* hotel is minimum) costs and for all facility and material charges. Minimal charge is always one full day. In case of travel distance over 3 hours one-way, a charge for one (1) additional day will be added. Deposit covering full transportation costs and 50% of the consulting fee will be requested with booking. Non-disclosure consulting is with the surcharge of 100% also possible.     

B.) CLINICS/SEMINARS/WORKSHOPS FOR GROUPS

1) On-site at our base in Horgen/Switzerland or in next proximity (Zürich surroundings)

       1 hour..................US$  150.00  - minimal charge 2 hours

       1 day= 8 hours..… US$  1000.00 

Includes material charges. Does not include facility charges . These are at the responsibility of the local organiser or will be added upon number of participants in the group and necessary facility capacity to be used. Deposit of 50% of total will be requested with booking. One (1) hour is 55 minutes.

2) Off-site anywhere worldwide

      1 day= 8 hours….. US$ 1200.00 (Europe) /  US$ 1400.00 (outside Europe)

      1 week= 6 days.....US$ 6000.00 (Europe) /  US$ 7000.00 (outside Europe)

Valid for larger groups over 4 people. Other conditions like paragraph A2 (above).

C.) BUSINESS CONSULTING & ADVISORY

1) On-site at our base in Horgen/Switzerland or in the next proximity (Zurich surroundings)

     1 hour.....................US$   200.00  - minimal charge are 2 hours

2) Off-site anywhere worldwide

       1 hour...................US$   250.00 (Europe) /  US$   300.00 (outside Europe) - minimal charge are 6 hours

       1 day= 8 hours.... ..US$ 1600.00 (Europe) /  US$ 2000.00 (outside Europe)

Customers are also responsible for full transportation (business class) and hospitality (3* hotel is minimum) if necessary. D.) PAYMENT

Deposit as well as end balance payments are preferred to be made by American Express credit card (charges in CHF with actual currency rate to US$). Payments can be alternatively also made either by check in US$ written to MGB Sports LLC/GmbH or by wire transfer to MGB Sports account (US$, CHF) with our bank in Switzerland. For payments in CHF and Euro, the actual currency rate to US$ will be applied. The respective account number for the deposit will be provided with booking.
